Collection Completion Guarantee
If you purchase a category pack and later obtain active, non-refunded entitlements to every theme pack in that category pack's disclosed Source Collection, you may request a one-time refund of the category pack's verified base price.
You keep the category pack. That includes every additional category asset that did not appear in the Source Collection when you bought it. Universal Commercial Asset License Version 1.2 expressly preserves your license after this special customer-beneficial remedy.
Purchases can be verified across MythlodeAssets.com and supported marketplaces. When the original storefront controls refunds, including itch.io, its support procedure controls that transaction. If a platform or processor cannot return the money after verification, MYTHLODE ASSETS will offer an equivalent lawful payment when reasonably available or an equal-value credit for a direct purchase.
How to request it
Contact MYTHLODE ASSETS support with the category pack name and reasonable proof of each qualifying purchase. Do not send passwords, complete card numbers, authentication codes, bank credentials, or marketplace login credentials.
