MYTHLODE ASSETS(TM) CATEGORY-PACK OVERLAP DISCLOSURE AND COLLECTION COMPLETION GUARANTEE Version 1.0 Effective Date: August 27, 2026 Last Updated: August 26, 2026 This Policy explains how MYTHLODE ASSETS discloses overlap between category compilations and theme packs, and the customer-beneficial remedy available when a category-pack buyer later completes the category pack's disclosed Source Collection. ============================================================ 1. DEFINITIONS ============================================================ "Category Pack" means a MYTHLODE ASSETS product expressly labeled as a category compilation, such as a collection organized around barrels, beds, boulders, chairs and stone benches, crates, desks, flora and plants, statues, tables, or wall mounts. "Source Collection" means the exact list of theme packs identified in the Category Pack's public overlap notice at the time of purchase. A later product update may not retroactively add a new required source pack to a completed purchase. "Active Entitlement" means a valid purchase entitlement that has not been ordinarily refunded, charged back, reversed, canceled, obtained fraudulently, or otherwise invalidated. A special remedy expressly issued under this Policy does not count as an ordinary invalidation. "Category Pack Price Paid" means the verified base price allocated to the Category Pack in the transaction, excluding separately stated taxes, payment fees, currency-conversion charges, and any voluntary donation or pay-what-you-want amount above the required minimum price. "Collection Completion Guarantee Refund" means the customer-beneficial refund, equivalent payment, or store credit described in Section 5. It is not an admission that the Category Pack was defective or misrepresented. ============================================================ 2. WHY CATEGORY PACKS EXIST ============================================================ Category Packs are convenience products for customers who want one object type collected in a single organized download instead of purchasing complete environmental themes. They may contain byte-identical copies of assets also included in theme packs. This reuse must be disclosed prominently and is not presented as newly created artwork. A Category Pack remains a separate licensed product with its own organized files, manifest, inventory, documentation, validation record, updates if and when published, and any category-exclusive assets identified in its listing. ============================================================ 3. REQUIRED PUBLIC OVERLAP DISCLOSURE ============================================================ Before purchase, each Category Pack listing must clearly state: - that the product is a category compilation; - the current total asset count; - how many current assets also appear in the disclosed Source Collection; - how many current assets do not appear in that Source Collection at the time of the disclosure; - the exact theme packs in the Source Collection; - that a customer who already owns or plans to own the full Source Collection should review the overlap before purchasing; and - where to read this Collection Completion Guarantee. The disclosure must be reasonably prominent and may not be hidden only in fine print, a collapsed legal document, or a file available only after purchase. The included README and IMPORTANT_CATEGORY_PACK_OVERLAP_NOTICE.txt must repeat the applicable overlap information for the purchased version. ============================================================ 4. LAUNCH CATEGORY-PACK DISCLOSURES ============================================================ The Source Collection for every launch Category Pack consists of these ten Covered Theme Packs: - MYTHLODE Swamp Prop Pack - MYTHLODE Tavern Prop Pack - MYTHLODE Treetops Prop Pack - MYTHLODE Underwater Prop Pack - MYTHLODE Underworld Prop Pack - MYTHLODE Village Prop Pack - MYTHLODE Volcanic Prop Pack - MYTHLODE Wealthy Estate Prop Pack - MYTHLODE Winter Prop Pack - MYTHLODE Wizards Workshop Prop Pack The verified launch counts are: - Barrels: 50 total; 30 also in the Source Collection; 20 not in the Source Collection at launch. - Beds: 20 total; all 20 also in the Source Collection; 0 outside it at launch. - Boulders: 20 total; all 20 also in the Source Collection; 0 outside it at launch. - Chairs and Stone Benches: 50 total; all 50 also in the Source Collection; 0 outside it at launch. - Crates: 70 total; 40 also in the Source Collection; 30 not in the Source Collection at launch. - Desks: 20 total; all 20 also in the Source Collection; 0 outside it at launch. - Flora and Plants: 50 total; all 50 also in the Source Collection; 0 outside it at launch. - Statues: 30 total; all 30 also in the Source Collection; 0 outside it at launch. - Tables: 80 total; 40 also in the Source Collection; 40 not in the Source Collection at launch. - Wall Mounts: 60 total; all 60 also in the Source Collection; 0 outside it at launch. "Not in the Source Collection at launch" describes the comparison against the ten named launch Theme Packs on August 27, 2026. Those assets may appear in future theme products or later updates. A later appearance does not make the original disclosure inaccurate and does not remove the customer's rights under this Policy. ============================================================ 5. COLLECTION COMPLETION GUARANTEE ============================================================ A customer who lawfully purchases a Category Pack and later obtains Active Entitlements to every theme pack named in that Category Pack's Source Collection may request a one-time Collection Completion Guarantee Refund for the Category Pack. The customer may submit the request at any time after completing the Source Collection. The request must identify the Category Pack and provide reasonable proof of the Category Pack purchase and every required Source Collection entitlement. Purchases may be verified across MythlodeAssets.com and supported marketplaces. MYTHLODE ASSETS will not request passwords, complete payment-card numbers, authentication codes, bank credentials, or marketplace login credentials. The remedy equals the verified Category Pack Price Paid and may not exceed that amount. It does not include separately stated taxes, transaction fees, currency-conversion charges, or voluntary donations above the required minimum unless applicable law or the controlling storefront requires otherwise. The refund will be requested or issued through the original storefront or payment method when reasonably available. When the original platform controls refunds, including itch.io, its required support procedure and decision control that transaction. If the original platform or processor cannot provide the promised cash refund after reasonable verification, MYTHLODE ASSETS will offer an equivalent lawful payment when reasonably available or an equal-value credit for a direct purchase from MythlodeAssets.com. The customer may choose between the reasonably available alternatives presented. ============================================================ 6. CUSTOMER KEEPS THE CATEGORY PACK ============================================================ The customer may keep and continue using every asset lawfully received in the Category Pack, including assets identified as category-pack exclusives, after a Collection Completion Guarantee Refund or equivalent remedy. This retained use is authorized by the special carve-out in the MYTHLODE ASSETS Universal Commercial Asset License Version 1.2. Every ordinary restriction on resale, redistribution, sublicensing, sharing, competing asset products, generative-AI or machine-learning training, and other prohibited uses continues to apply. If a storefront removes the Category Pack from the customer's library while processing the remedy, removal of download access does not terminate the retained license to copies lawfully received before the remedy. MYTHLODE ASSETS will make a reasonable effort to preserve or restore access when technically and legally possible after purchase verification. ============================================================ 7. LIMITS AND VERIFICATION ============================================================ The Collection Completion Guarantee is available once per qualifying Category Pack purchase. It does not create multiple refunds for the same transaction, stack with an ordinary full refund, reimburse a refunded or invalid purchase, or provide a refund for only partially completing the Source Collection. All required Source Collection entitlements must remain active while the request is verified and processed. A bundle qualifies only when its listing or entitlement record reasonably establishes ownership of each required Source Collection product. MYTHLODE ASSETS may deny a request involving materially inconsistent receipts, unverifiable ownership, fraud, abuse, or an already refunded transaction, subject to mandatory law and controlling storefront rules. Category Pack updates do not automatically change the Source Collection applicable to an earlier purchase. A revised Source Collection applies prospectively only when prominently disclosed before the later purchase. ============================================================ 8. OTHER REFUND RIGHTS ============================================================ This Guarantee is additional to the ordinary file-correction process, marketplace refund procedures, the Completion Shortfall Refund for Covered Theme Packs, and any mandatory consumer right. It does not reduce or replace a refund, warranty, cancellation, chargeback, marketplace remedy, or other right that applicable law or a controlling storefront rule does not allow the seller to waive. ============================================================ 9.
