Seller and scope
MYTHLODE ASSETS is an Illinois sole proprietorship. These terms govern use of MythlodeAssets.com, MYTHLODE customer accounts, and the additional product promises made by MYTHLODE ASSETS. A third-party marketplace remains responsible for the parts of a transaction its own terms assign to it.
Accounts and legal capacity
Provide accurate information, safeguard account credentials, and do not share private download access. The store is not directed to children under 13. A purchaser must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement in their location; when applicable law requires an adult to act, that adult must complete the transaction.
Products, prices, and payment
Products are downloadable digital files licensed under the current Universal Commercial Asset License. The listing identifies the current asset count, formats, price, material compatibility information, content-overlap disclosures, production-process disclosure, and any binding future-delivery commitment. Applicable tax, currency conversion, storefront fees, and the final amount are controlled by and displayed through the checkout provider.
The direct website purchase area identifies Stripe as the payment provider and requires affirmative acceptance of the current versions of these Store Terms, the commercial license, Refund & Customer Support Policy, Privacy Policy acknowledgment, and any product-specific completion or update commitment shown at checkout.
Category compilations and content overlap
A Category Pack organizes one object type into a convenient standalone product. It may contain byte-identical assets also supplied in environmental Theme Packs. Every Category Pack must prominently identify its current total, how many assets also appear in its named Source Collection, how many do not appear in that Source Collection at the time of disclosure, and the exact source packs used for the comparison.
If a Category Pack purchaser later owns every Theme Pack in the applicable Source Collection, the purchaser may request the one-time remedy described in the Category-Pack Overlap Disclosure and Collection Completion Guarantee. A qualifying customer keeps every category-pack asset after that special remedy under Universal Commercial Asset License Version 1.2.
Delivery and access
Marketplace purchases are delivered through the marketplace's download or ownership system. Eligible direct purchases are delivered through the customer's MYTHLODE account after verified payment. If delivery is delayed or fails, contact the storefront or MYTHLODE support so the transaction and entitlement can be investigated and a lawful replacement, cancellation, or refund can be provided when required.
License and ownership
A purchase grants the rights stated in the current Universal Commercial Asset License; it does not transfer ownership of the raw asset collection or MYTHLODE branding. The customer must review the linked license before purchase. The full license controls if a convenience summary conflicts with it.
File problems, correction, and refunds
If a complaint concerns a corrupted, missing, broken, incorrectly packaged, or otherwise malfunctioning file, the customer agrees—when reasonably possible—to notify MYTHLODE ASSETS or the applicable storefront and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct the specific problem before demanding a seller-controlled refund. A correction may include a corrected file, replacement download, product update, explanation, or compatibility guidance.
This correction opportunity does not remove, delay, or restrict a refund, cancellation, warranty, chargeback, marketplace remedy, or other right that applicable law or a controlling storefront rule does not allow the seller to waive. Ordinary refunds, the special theme-pack shortfall remedy, and the category-pack Collection Completion Guarantee are governed by the current Refund & Customer Support Policy and linked product-specific policy.
Updates and the 250-design commitment
Same-product updates actually published through the customer's purchase storefront remain available through that storefront while the entitlement remains active. The ten expressly named theme packs carry the separate Version 2.0 commitment to reach at least 250 unique game-ready designs by May 27, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (CT). Category compilations do not carry that quantity commitment.
Generative-AI disclosure
All 600 original artworks in the current collection began as outputs generated with OpenAI ChatGPT image generation. They were human-directed, selected, reviewed, organized, and technically prepared for release. Product descriptions and the Game-Ready Quality Promise explain the review process. No promise is made that every element of an AI-assisted output receives copyright protection in every jurisdiction.
Acceptable use and service security
Do not misuse the website, evade access controls, scrape private downloads, interfere with service operation, submit fraudulent payments, probe accounts you do not own, or use the service in violation of law. Access may be limited while suspected misuse is reviewed or when necessary to protect customers, products, payment systems, or the service.
Availability and mandatory rights
The website and digital-delivery service are operated with reasonable care but may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security work, provider outages, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, refund right, remedy, jurisdiction rule, or liability that applicable law does not permit the seller to exclude.
Law, changes, and contact
These terms are governed by Illinois law, subject to nonwaivable consumer rights and jurisdiction rules in the customer's location. New versions apply prospectively from their posted effective date unless law requires otherwise; the versions recorded or supplied with a completed purchase remain part of that transaction.
