You may
- Use licensed assets in unlimited finished personal and commercial projects.
- Earn revenue and release projects on multiple platforms and storefronts.
- Modify assets for licensed projects and use them in client work.
- Allow authorized employees and contractors to work with them for your projects.
- Keep reasonable private backups and development copies.
- Use assets without attribution unless a product listing expressly requires it.
You may not
- Resell, redistribute, give away, or publicly share raw or reusable assets.
- Turn licensed assets into another asset pack, stock collection, or reusable-resource product.
- Share one purchase with unrelated users or give a client an independent reusable-asset license.
- Make raw assets intentionally downloadable for independent reuse.
- Use licensed assets for unauthorized generative-AI or machine-learning training.
- Claim Mythlode Assets branding as your own.
Refund distinction
An ordinary full refund, chargeback, reversal, cancellation, fraudulent purchase, or other invalidation may terminate the associated license. Two special remedies are different: a Completion Shortfall Refund preserves the license to assets delivered by the applicable deadline, and a Collection Completion Guarantee Refund preserves the license to every category-pack asset lawfully received, including category-exclusive assets.
Sales channels and marketplace rules
This license applies to a Licensed Product lawfully acquired from Mythlode Assets regardless of the storefront used. If a marketplace imposes a mandatory term that directly conflicts with this license, that mandatory term controls only to the extent of the conflict. The current list of verified Mythlode Assets sales destinations is maintained on the Official Marketplaces page so the list can stay accurate as storefronts change.
