MYTHLODE ASSETS(TM) THEME-PACK 250-ASSET COMPLETION AND SAME-PRODUCT UPDATE POLICY Version 2.0 Public Launch Date: August 27, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Central Time (CT) Binding Completion Deadline: May 27, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (CT) Effective Date: August 27, 2026 This Policy states the binding completion commitment and same-product update rights for the ten Covered Theme Packs identified below. It applies to eligible purchases made through MythlodeAssets.com and the official MYTHLODE ASSETS storefront on itch.io. ============================================================ 1. DEFINITIONS ============================================================ "Active Entitlement" means a valid purchase entitlement that has not been fully refunded, charged back, reversed, canceled, obtained fraudulently, or otherwise invalidated. A Completion Shortfall Refund under this Policy is not a full cancellation or invalidation. "Completion Deadline" means May 27, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (CT). "Covered Theme Pack" means one of the ten products expressly listed in Section 2. "Delivered Count" means the number of Unique Game-Ready Designs included together in the current customer release of a Covered Theme Pack and made available to eligible purchasers through the applicable storefront as of the Completion Deadline. The Delivered Count is not a cumulative count of designs that were briefly offered and later removed before the Completion Deadline. "Eligible Purchase" means a lawful paid acquisition of a Covered Theme Pack through MythlodeAssets.com or the official MYTHLODE ASSETS storefront on itch.io, with an Active Entitlement and a verifiable order, account, purchase email, download key, or other official storefront record. Eligible Purchase includes a qualifying purchase completed before this Policy's Effective Date because the benefits of this Policy are retroactive. A promotional key, free download, review copy, or other no-charge acquisition is not an Eligible Purchase unless MYTHLODE ASSETS expressly designates it as eligible in writing. "Product Price Paid" means the amount actually paid for the applicable Covered Theme Pack after discounts and before separately stated sales tax, value-added tax, payment-processing fees, or other government or third-party charges. A separately identified voluntary donation or tip is not part of Product Price Paid. For a bundle that expressly grants an individual entitlement under Section 8, Product Price Paid means the amount expressly allocated to that Covered Theme Pack in the bundle listing or transaction record. "Unique Game-Ready Design" means one completed 2D game-asset design that: (a) has its own stable canonical asset ID; (b) is substantially visually distinct from every other counted design; (c) is supplied as a usable runtime asset with the class-appropriate technical preparation, scale, canvas, alpha treatment, pivot or placement data, manifest entry, and validation applicable to the product; and (d) is included in the customer release of the Covered Theme Pack. A different canonical asset ID alone is not sufficient if the visual design is not substantially distinct. A recolor, palette swap, material-only change, resize, crop, re-encode, file-format conversion, alternate canvas placement, duplicate, preview, contact sheet, metadata file, documentation file, correction, repair, or replacement of an existing design does not count as a separate Unique Game-Ready Design. Designs may share a theme, object class, or visual family, but they must differ meaningfully in visual structure, silhouette, composition, object identity, or other substantive design characteristics. ============================================================ 2. THE TEN COVERED THEME PACKS ============================================================ This Policy applies only to the following ten products: 1. MYTHLODE Swamp Prop Pack 2. MYTHLODE Tavern Prop Pack 3. MYTHLODE Treetops Prop Pack 4. MYTHLODE Underwater Prop Pack 5. MYTHLODE Underworld Prop Pack 6. MYTHLODE Village Prop Pack 7. MYTHLODE Volcanic Prop Pack 8. MYTHLODE Wealthy Estate Prop Pack 9. MYTHLODE Winter Prop Pack 10. MYTHLODE Wizards Workshop Prop Pack ============================================================ 3. BINDING 250-DESIGN COMPLETION COMMITMENT ============================================================ Each Covered Theme Pack initially contains 50 Unique Game-Ready Designs. Those 50 designs count toward the required total. MYTHLODE ASSETS commits to expanding each Covered Theme Pack to at least 250 Unique Game-Ready Designs in total no later than the Completion Deadline. This is a binding completion commitment, not merely a development target, aspiration, estimate, or nonbinding plan. Accordingly, each Covered Theme Pack requires at least 200 additional qualifying designs beyond its initial 50-design release. MYTHLODE ASSETS may exceed 250 designs, but is not required by this Policy to exceed 250. No specific interim release date, number of interim updates, update size, sequence, or cadence is promised. The absence of an interim schedule does not cancel, postpone, reduce, or otherwise modify the binding minimum of 250 Unique Game-Ready Designs by the Completion Deadline. ============================================================ 4. SAME-PRODUCT DELIVERY AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE ============================================================ Every addition used to satisfy the binding minimum will be designated and published as an update to the same Covered Theme Pack product purchased by the customer. An eligible purchaser will receive those additions at no additional charge through the applicable original storefront. A later increase in the Covered Theme Pack's price does not change an eligible purchaser's entitlement. An eligible purchaser is not required to repurchase the Covered Theme Pack, buy a separate expansion, upgrade to a different tier, or pay the difference between an earlier and later price in order to receive the additions required to reach 250. MYTHLODE ASSETS must preserve the Eligible Purchase and update entitlement if it renames, migrates, or replaces the technical listing for a Covered Theme Pack. A technical migration does not permit MYTHLODE ASSETS to avoid the same-product commitment. In addition to the binding minimum, every update that MYTHLODE ASSETS later designates and publishes as an update to the same Covered Theme Pack will be made available to customers who then retain an Active Entitlement, subject to this Policy, the applicable license, mandatory law, and binding storefront rules. ============================================================ 5. DELIVERY METHOD, ACCOUNT ACCESS, AND NOTICE ============================================================ Updates will ordinarily be delivered through the eligible customer's MythlodeAssets.com Download Library or itch.io purchase/download page. If the original storefront is temporarily or permanently unable to deliver an update, MYTHLODE ASSETS will make a reasonable alternative delivery method available after reasonable purchase verification, to the extent technically and legally possible. The customer will not be required to repurchase the Covered Theme Pack. Customers are responsible for maintaining reasonable access to the purchase email, account, or download entitlement and for retaining purchase records. MYTHLODE ASSETS may request reasonable verification before restoring or providing alternative access. Email notices are optional. Declining or unsubscribing from update emails does not remove an Active Entitlement. Customers may check the applicable storefront library or download page for current releases. ============================================================ 6. COUNTING AND COMPLETION RECORDS ============================================================ MYTHLODE ASSETS will maintain a manifest and inventory identifying each counted canonical asset ID in each Covered Theme Pack. No later than the Completion Deadline, the customer release, manifest, and inventory for each Covered Theme Pack must identify at least 250 qualifying Unique Game-Ready Designs for that pack. A correction or replacement may improve a delivered design but does not increase the Delivered Count unless it is also a new, substantially distinct design with a separate canonical asset ID and is delivered in addition to, rather than in place of, the existing counted design. ============================================================ 7. COMPLETION-SHORTFALL REFUND ============================================================ If a Covered Theme Pack has a Delivered Count below 250 at the Completion Deadline, each customer with an Eligible Purchase of that pack may request a Completion Shortfall Refund. The refund amount is calculated separately for each Eligible Purchase as follows: Completion Shortfall Refund = ((250 - Delivered Count) / 250) x Product Price Paid The result will be rounded to the nearest cent in the original transaction currency where reasonably possible and will never exceed Product Price Paid. Example: if a Covered Theme Pack contains 200 qualifying designs at the Completion Deadline, the shortfall is 50 designs. The Completion Shortfall Refund is 50 / 250, or 20%, of Product Price Paid. The Delivered Count used in the formula is the count as of the Completion Deadline, even if MYTHLODE ASSETS publishes additional designs after that deadline. A customer may request the refund beginning May 28, 2027, by contacting dandalion.az@gmail.com or using the applicable storefront's support process and providing reasonable proof of purchase. MYTHLODE ASSETS will not request passwords, complete payment-card numbers, or account credentials. The refund will be issued through the original storefront or payment method when reasonably available. If the original system cannot issue the exact proportional amount, MYTHLODE ASSETS will use a lawful, reasonably available equivalent payment or adjustment method after verifying the purchase. Mandatory marketplace procedures, payment-provider requirements, tax rules, and nonwaivable law remain controlling. A Completion Shortfall Refund is a special proportional remedy and not a cancellation of the lawful acquisition. It does not terminate the customer's license to Delivered Assets under the MYTHLODE ASSETS Universal Commercial Asset License Version 1.1. Unless a mandatory storefront rule or technical limitation requires otherwise, the proportional refund also does not by itself invalidate the customer's Active Entitlement. ============================================================ 8. BUNDLES ============================================================ A bundle purchase creates an individual entitlement under this Policy only if the bundle listing expressly: (a) identifies the Covered Theme Pack by name; (b) states that the customer receives an individual Eligible Purchase entitlement to that Covered Theme Pack; and (c) states the portion of the bundle price allocated to that Covered Theme Pack for the Completion Shortfall Refund formula. A bundle that does not satisfy all three requirements receives only the rights and updates expressly promised for that same bundle. Ownership of a bundle does not otherwise create an implied individual entitlement to a Covered Theme Pack. ============================================================ 9. EXPRESS EXCLUSIONS ============================================================ The binding 250-design completion commitment does not apply to: - any category compilation, including the Barrels, Beds, Boulders, Chairs and Stone Benches, Crates, Desks, Flora and Plants, Statues, Tables, or Wall Mounts packs; - the removed Extra pack; - any unfinished 10-asset theme pack; - a separate product listing, sequel, successor product, separately sold expansion, different bundle, application, service, subscription, tool, or custom work; or - any future MYTHLODE ASSETS product unless its product listing and applicable written policy expressly opt that product into this commitment before purchase. The excluded products may still receive same-product corrections or updates if MYTHLODE ASSETS chooses to publish them, but they carry no minimum future design count under this Policy. ============================================================ 10. REFUNDS, REVERSALS, AND INVALID PURCHASES ============================================================ An ordinary full refund, chargeback, reversal, cancellation, fraudulent purchase, unauthorized transaction, or other invalidation may terminate the affected license, download access, and update entitlement under the applicable license, refund policy, marketplace rules, payment-provider rules, and law. A Completion Shortfall Refund is governed by Section 7 and the special license-retention carve-out in the Universal Commercial Asset License Version 1.1, and is not treated as an ordinary invalidating refund. ============================================================ 11. LICENSE FOR DELIVERED AND UPDATED FILES ============================================================ Files delivered under this Policy remain governed by the MYTHLODE ASSETS product license applicable to the purchase, including the retroactive Completion Shortfall Refund carve-out in Universal Commercial Asset License Version 1.1. This Policy grants delivery and refund rights. It does not expand raw-asset redistribution, sublicensing, AI-training, trademark, or other use rights beyond those granted by the applicable product license. ============================================================ 12. LAUNCH-DATE CHANGE CONTROL ============================================================ This Policy is based on the actual public sales launch on August 27, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Central Time (CT), and a binding deadline of May 27, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (CT). The public sales launch occurred on August 27, 2026. The Completion Deadline is fixed at May 27, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (CT). No sale may be accepted under documents that show a deadline calculated from a launch date that did not occur. After an Eligible Purchase is completed, MYTHLODE ASSETS may not extend the Completion Deadline applicable to that purchase without the customer's affirmative agreement or authority supplied by mandatory law. ============================================================ 13. FUTURE CLARIFICATIONS AND NONWAIVABLE RIGHTS ============================================================ MYTHLODE ASSETS may clarify administrative procedures or publish customer-beneficial terms. No later clarification may retroactively reduce the 250-design minimum, extend the applicable Completion Deadline, increase the price already paid, narrow the definition of a qualifying design for counting purposes, eliminate the Completion Shortfall Refund, or terminate the retained license for Delivered Assets, unless the affected customer affirmatively agrees or mandatory law permits the change. Nothing in this Policy limits any warranty, refund, consumer-protection right, remedy, limitation period, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived. If a mandatory marketplace rule conflicts with this Policy, that rule controls only to the extent of the direct conflict. ============================================================ 14.
