MYTHLODE ASSETS(TM) REFUND & CUSTOMER SUPPORT POLICY Version 2.1 Effective Date: August 27, 2026 Last Updated: August 26, 2026 This Policy explains customer support, replacement files, ordinary refunds, the special Completion Shortfall Refund for eligible Covered Theme Packs, and the Collection Completion Guarantee for category-pack buyers. ============================================================ 1. CUSTOMER SUPPORT ============================================================ For support, contact dandalion.az@gmail.com or use the support method listed by the storefront where the product was purchased. Include the product name, product version if known, storefront, order or entitlement information reasonably necessary to verify the purchase, a brief description of the problem, affected file names where applicable, and screenshots or other useful details. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, login credentials, authentication codes, or other sensitive personal information. ============================================================ 2. FILE PROBLEMS AND REPLACEMENT FILES ============================================================ If a purchased product contains a corrupted, missing, broken, or incorrectly packaged file, MYTHLODE ASSETS will make a reasonable effort to correct the problem. Support may include a corrected file, replacement download, product update, usage explanation, or reasonable help identifying whether the issue is caused by the asset or software compatibility. When an ordinary refund request is based only on a problem that can reasonably be corrected, the customer agrees, when reasonably possible, to contact MYTHLODE ASSETS or the applicable storefront and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct the specific problem before demanding a seller-controlled refund. This correction opportunity does not remove, delay, or restrict any remedy, refund, cancellation, warranty, chargeback, marketplace remedy, or other right that applicable law or a controlling storefront rule does not allow the seller to waive. Corrected and replacement files remain governed by the same applicable product license. A correction or replacement does not count as a new Unique Game-Ready Design toward a Covered Theme Pack's 250-design minimum unless it is a new, substantially distinct design delivered in addition to the existing counted design and otherwise satisfies the complete counting definition in the Theme-Pack 250-Asset Completion and Same-Product Update Policy Version 2.0. ============================================================ 3. ORDINARY REFUNDS ============================================================ Ordinary refunds are handled according to the rules, terms, procedures, and technical capabilities of the storefront or marketplace through which the product was purchased. Because MYTHLODE ASSETS products are downloadable digital goods, an ordinary refund may not be available after download except where: - the marketplace or storefront permits or requires a refund; - applicable law requires a refund; - the product is materially defective and the issue cannot reasonably be corrected; - the product was materially misrepresented in the listing; or - another valid basis applies under marketplace rules, this Policy, or applicable law. Nothing in this Policy limits any refund, warranty, consumer-protection right, or other legal right that cannot lawfully be waived. ============================================================ 4. COMPLETION-SHORTFALL REFUND FOR COVERED THEME PACKS ============================================================ The ten Covered Theme Packs, qualifying purchases, Unique Game-Ready Design definition, Delivered Count, binding Completion Deadline, and complete entitlement rules are defined in the MYTHLODE ASSETS Theme-Pack 250-Asset Completion and Same-Product Update Policy Version 2.0. If a Covered Theme Pack contains fewer than 250 qualifying designs at the Completion Deadline of May 27, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (CT), each customer with an Eligible Purchase of that pack may request a Completion Shortfall Refund beginning May 28, 2027. The refund is calculated separately for each Eligible Purchase: Completion Shortfall Refund = ((250 - Delivered Count) / 250) x Product Price Paid The result is rounded to the nearest cent in the original transaction currency where reasonably possible and may not exceed Product Price Paid. Example: if 200 qualifying designs were delivered by the Completion Deadline, the shortfall is 50. The refund is 50 / 250, or 20%, of Product Price Paid. The Delivered Count is fixed as of the Completion Deadline for this calculation. Later delivery does not reduce an already accrued Completion Shortfall Refund. MYTHLODE ASSETS may verify the product, storefront, transaction, Active Entitlement, Product Price Paid, and bundle allocation where applicable. MYTHLODE ASSETS will not request passwords, complete card numbers, authentication codes, or account credentials. The refund will be issued through the original storefront or payment method when reasonably available. If that system cannot issue the exact proportional amount, MYTHLODE ASSETS will use a lawful, reasonably available equivalent payment or adjustment method after purchase verification. Mandatory storefront procedures, processor requirements, taxes, and nonwaivable law control where directly applicable. ============================================================ 5. LICENSE AND ENTITLEMENT AFTER SPECIAL GUARANTEE REFUNDS ============================================================ A Completion Shortfall Refund is a special proportional remedy, not an ordinary cancellation or invalidation of the lawful acquisition. The customer retains the license to all Delivered Assets lawfully received by the Completion Deadline under the special carve-out in the MYTHLODE ASSETS Universal Commercial Asset License Version 1.2. Every ordinary restriction on redistribution, resale, sublicensing, competing asset products, AI training, and other prohibited uses continues to apply. Unless a mandatory storefront rule or technical limitation requires otherwise, a Completion Shortfall Refund does not by itself invalidate the customer's Active Entitlement. If a storefront automatically removes download access while processing the remedy, MYTHLODE ASSETS will make a reasonable alternative method available for the customer to obtain the Delivered Assets after purchase verification, to the extent technically and legally possible. The same License Version 1.2 contains a separate customer-beneficial carve-out for a Collection Completion Guarantee Refund. A qualifying customer may keep and continue using every category-pack asset lawfully received before that remedy, including category-exclusive assets, subject to every ordinary license restriction. An ordinary full refund, chargeback, reversal, cancellation, fraudulent purchase, unauthorized transaction, or other invalidation remains governed by the ordinary termination provisions of the applicable license and does not receive either special carve-out. ============================================================ 6. CATEGORY-PACK COLLECTION COMPLETION GUARANTEE ============================================================ Category compilations intentionally organize one object type into a convenient product and may include assets also sold in theme packs. Every Category Pack must prominently state the current total, the number also appearing in its named Source Collection, the number outside that Source Collection at the time of disclosure, and the exact source-pack list. A customer who lawfully purchases a Category Pack and later obtains active, non-refunded entitlements to every theme pack named in that Category Pack's Source Collection may request a one-time Collection Completion Guarantee Refund for the verified base Category Pack price paid. The customer may keep and continue using every Category Pack asset lawfully received, including any category-exclusive assets. The complete eligibility, verification, cross-platform proof, refund-or-credit procedure, retained-license terms, and launch overlap counts are controlled by the MYTHLODE ASSETS Category-Pack Overlap Disclosure and Collection Completion Guarantee Version 1.0. When the original storefront controls refunds, including itch.io, its required support process and decision control the transaction. If the original platform or processor cannot provide the promised cash refund after reasonable verification, MYTHLODE ASSETS will offer an equivalent lawful payment when reasonably available or an equal-value direct-store credit. ============================================================ 7. CHANGE-OF-MIND PURCHASES ============================================================ Unless required by applicable law or allowed by the applicable storefront, MYTHLODE ASSETS does not guarantee ordinary refunds for accidental purchases, change of mind, deciding not to use the assets, project-fit decisions after accurate disclosure, or clearly disclosed software incompatibility. Customers should review the description, previews, technical details, content-overlap disclosures, AI-assisted-content disclosure, update terms, and license before purchasing. ============================================================ 8. ACCIDENTAL DUPLICATE TRANSACTIONS ============================================================ For an accidental duplicate purchase, contact the storefront where the purchases occurred. Any duplicate-purchase refund is subject to that storefront's rules and reasonable transaction verification. ============================================================ 9. UNAUTHORIZED OR FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS ============================================================ If a purchase was unauthorized, contact the payment provider or storefront through which the transaction occurred. Refunded, reversed, charged-back, canceled, fraudulent, or otherwise invalidated purchases remain subject to the applicable license's ordinary termination provisions. ============================================================ 10. RESPONSE TIMES ============================================================ MYTHLODE ASSETS will make a reasonable effort to respond to legitimate support and refund requests as soon as practical. Timing may vary with the issue, storefront systems, weekends or holidays, product complexity, verification needs, payment-provider procedures, and request volume. No specific support-response or refund-processing time is guaranteed unless mandatory law, a binding storefront rule, or another signed written commitment requires one. This response-time clause does not extend the binding Completion Deadline. ============================================================ 11. SAME-PRODUCT UPDATES AND PRICE CHANGES ============================================================ Every Eligible Purchase of a Covered Theme Pack includes the additions required to reach at least 250 Unique Game-Ready Designs by the binding Completion Deadline, at no additional charge through the applicable storefront. The current 50 designs count toward the 250 total. A later price increase does not change that entitlement. No specific interim release schedule, update size, or cadence is promised. The absence of an interim schedule does not cancel or reduce the binding minimum or extend the Completion Deadline. Separate products, category compilations, the removed Extra pack, unfinished 10-asset theme packs, future products, sequels, paid expansions, different bundles, applications, services, subscriptions, and custom work are excluded unless an applicable public listing and written policy expressly opt them in before purchase. Email notices are optional and do not control entitlement. The complete Theme-Pack 250-Asset Completion and Same-Product Update Policy Version 2.0 governs the completion commitment. ============================================================ 12. BUNDLES ============================================================ A bundle creates an individual Covered Theme Pack entitlement only when the bundle listing expressly identifies the pack, grants an individual entitlement to it, and states the portion of the bundle price allocated to it for the proportional-refund formula. Otherwise, refund and update rights attach only to the bundle itself as expressly stated in its listing. ============================================================ 13. MARKETPLACE AND PAYMENT-PROVIDER RULES ============================================================ If a mandatory rule or technical requirement of the applicable storefront, marketplace, or payment provider directly conflicts with this Policy, that requirement controls only to the extent of the conflict. MYTHLODE ASSETS will use reasonable lawful measures to provide the promised remedy without requiring the customer to disclose sensitive credentials. ============================================================ 14. LAUNCH-DATE CHANGE CONTROL ============================================================ The May 27, 2027 Completion Deadline is based on the actual August 27, 2026 public launch. The deadline is fixed at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (CT) on that date. No sale may be accepted under stale dates. After an Eligible Purchase is completed, the applicable deadline may not be extended without the customer's affirmative agreement or authority supplied by mandatory law. ============================================================ 15.
